1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the hk777 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with hk777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Eligibility & Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active hk777 Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity conducted through your hk777 Account, including any activity conducted by a third party who has accessed your Account with or without your knowledge or consent. hk777 strongly advises Players to:

• Use a unique, strong password for their hk777 Account not used on any other platform.
• Never share login credentials with any other person.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of the Account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact hk777 Support immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised access to their Account.

hk777 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

hk777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player's Account balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to clear. hk777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will be required to do so before any withdrawal request is processed. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 90 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24–48 hours.

Withdrawal Conditions: hk777 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests at its sole discretion. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, except where hk777 expressly approves an alternative. hk777 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

hk777 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, cashback programmes, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully verified hk777 Account in good standing unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific bonus offer. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds are used only after Real Money Funds in the Account balance have been exhausted, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings generated from Bonus Funds. Where applicable, the maximum withdrawal cap will be stated in the specific bonus terms.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the hk777 platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers whose RNG outcomes are independently certified. hk777 does not modify, interfere with, or influence the outcome of any game round. The rules applicable to each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By placing a wager on hk777, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All game results are determined by certified random number generator software and are final once the game round is completed.
• Technical malfunctions of the game software void all pays and plays affected by the malfunction. hk777 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Players and return any wagers placed during a malfunction period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hk777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to interact with the hk777 platform in a manner not available to standard Players.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with hk777 staff to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify such vulnerabilities are required to report them to hk777 Support immediately.
• Conducting any transaction on the hk777 platform that constitutes money laundering or facilitates any form of financial crime.

• Charging back any deposit or disputing a legitimate transaction with your payment provider without first raising a complaint with hk777 Support and allowing hk777 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hk777 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, service names, text, images, video content, audio, user interface design, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of hk777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hk777 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from any hk777 content without express prior written authorisation from hk777.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Limitation of Liability

• Interruption or unavailability of the hk777 platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond hk777's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information provided on the hk777 platform.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
• Any changes to applicable laws or regulations affecting the legality of online gambling in the Player's jurisdiction of residence.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit hk777's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by hk777's gross negligence.

12 Responsible Gaming

hk777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

13 Account Termination

hk777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account identified as belonging to an underage Player.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player against hk777.
• Reasonable suspicion of Bonus abuse or use of prohibited software.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting hk777 Support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (after deduction of any applicable pending withdrawals and following KYC verification) will be returned to the Player via the same method used for their most recent deposit.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, hk777 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived wholly or partially from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds shall be returned subject to applicable legal requirements and anti-money laundering compliance checks.

14 Amendments to These Terms

hk777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, hk777 will provide Players with reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or through a prominent notice displayed on the hk777 platform. Minor amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the hk777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account and cease using the platform prior to the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which hk777 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution procedure, Players are required to first raise the matter with hk777 Customer Support and allow hk777 a minimum of 14 calendar days to investigate and respond. hk777 maintains a formal complaints procedure and will provide a written response to all formal complaints within 14 days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
